Admission Policy

  • Admissions are open for Classes upto XII .
  • Inquiries will be entertained throughout the year.
  • Admission is open to all children irrespective of race, religion, caste, nationality or gender. However, this is subject to availability of seats, fulfillment of stipulated age and other criteria and payment of fees.

Admissions at Sanskriti Public School Karera is purely based on an oral interaction with the child considering the age factor as on March 31 of the year in which admission is sought.
The age of the child will determine the eligibility for admission to a particular class. Age requirement for the classes is as under:

Nursery 3+ years
LKG 4+
UKG 5+
I –6+
II – 7+
III – 8+
IV – 9+  
V – 10+
VI – 11+
VII – 12+
VIII – 13+
IX – 14+
X – 15+
XI – 16+
XII – 17+

Steps for Registration and Admission:

  • Registration form fees is only 100 rupees.
  • Registration form for admission may be downloaded from school website.
  • The Registration form, duly filled in all respect, should be submitted to the school office within 03 days from the date of collection of the form.
  • After scrutinizing the Registration forms the parents will be informed about an oral interaction date for their ward / wards.
  • After the successful completion of oral interaction parents are informed for admission formalities.
  • Documents to be submitted at the time of admission :
    • Original Birth Certificate or duly attested copy if copies of originals not available
    • Municipal Birth Certificate, (Xerox copy mandatory) for all classes Nursery to UKG
    • Certificate of caste / Physically Challenged (SC/BC/ST/PC) (if applicable).
    • Copy of residence proof of present status (like Telephone bill, Electricity Bill, Passport).
    • Copy of Samagra ID and Aadhar Card is mandatory to submit (Child, Father, Mother/Guardian)
    • Special Diagnosis if any (Medical/ Learning Disability etc)
    • Legal document if any custody / visitation rights ( if applicable )
    • Photos of 6 nos of the student and one of each Parent/guardian
    • Medical records of the student. Allergies to be mentioned if any
    • Blood group of the student and the parents/guardian and siblings
    • Report card of last two Classes, TC, Bonafide certificate of the last school attended
    • Proof of employment in case of Govt. Employee
    • School leaving/transfer certificate and last report card in originals
    • Counter signed school leaving certificate for students applying for admission to class I onward attested by concerned educational department

Note: Admission will be cancelled if any variance or misrepresentation is found the particulars filled in the Admission Form and the supporting documents at any stage. In such case, only the security deposit will be refunded.
